Replacing a popular CEO at a top not-for-profit employer
Our client, a national not-for-profit health care provider, needed to find a replacement for a popular, well-respected and long-serving CEO. An employer of choice known for its customer service excellence, the organization needed a candidate who could maintain and enhance its solid reputation in a competitive marketplace. We began by consulting with a broad range of stakeholders to identify the attributes desired in the new CEO. After presenting the search committee with six candidates from health care and private sectors, two finalists were chosen. We completed thorough reference and background checks of the finalists, as well as psychometric assessments, which provided the insights we needed to advise our client and guide their final choice for an outstanding new leader.
