Filling significant gaps in a board of directors

Our client, a leading health care provider, was in need of three new members for their board of directors. With a major capital redevelopment project on the horizon, our client was seeking candidates who had skills in construction financing and contracts. We collaborated with their board to develop detailed profiles of ideal candidates. After executing a search strategy, we identified, screened and presented a number of qualified candidates, which included CPAs, lawyers and infrastructure professionals. Our client was able to fill all three positions, and one candidate went on to become chair of the board.
