These searches were conducted across Canada and each Board member was to bring significant expertise in one of six specific areas: Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Strategy, Technology and Supply Chain.
We spoke with a number of extremely talented and well-known individuals through this process, most of which had a wealth of previous Board experience.
We presented eight individuals to the President and CEO for consideration.
