Jim leads Four Corner Group's Health Care & Public Enterprise Practice

With nineteen years of executive search experience, predominantly in the health care sector, Jim has worked with some of the most prominent health care providers, health policy and consulting groups, and numerous life sciences and medical device companies.
Prior to Jim’s career in executive search, Jim held senior administrative positions at University Health Network, West Park Healthcare Centre, and served as CEO of the London Teaching Hospitals’ Council, a conjoint clinical and corporate resource deployment consortium including the teaching hospitals in London, and the University of Western Ontario. In addition, Jim has worked in the health care consulting practices of both PriceWaterhouseCoopers and KPMG, and has run his own health care consulting company with clients in both Canada and the United States.
Jim was conferred with both his B.A.Hon. (Trinity College) and M.H.Sc. (Faculty of Medicine) by the University of Toronto. In addition, Jim achieved postgraduate certification in Financial Management from the Harvard Business School and Health Care Organization from Yale University. A Board member of Opera Atelier, Jim is also currently on the Development Committee of The Writers’ Trust of Canada. An omnivorous bibliophile, Jim’s many passions encompass baroque opera and music, the Canadian mining industry and precious metals investing, scuba diving and travel in the Caribbean.
