Andrew’s career in executive search began in 1998 as Vice President at a leading search firm that specialized in the recruitment of marketing and advertising executives. Clients appreciated his results-oriented style and absolute commitment to delivering exceptional service.
In 2003, Andrew started his own recruitment company and developed a new business model, based on long-term partnerships. This innovative service provided increased value and superior results for his clients. In 2005, a prominent global search firm acquired his services to expand this unique business model across Canada. As a Partner in the firm, Andrew completed numerous senior level searches.
In 2007, Andrew returned to his entrepreneurial roots to create Four Corners Group. His current clients include organizations of all sizes in the fields of technology, marketing services, advertising, professional services, and financial services. Andrew is also recognized and respected for his knowledge in the areas of e-commerce, digital marketing and social media. He has successfully completed searches across Canada, the United States, and internationally.
Andrew has a degree in American history from Trent University. In 2003, he completed the Advanced Program in Human Resource Management at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business earning the CHRP designation. In 2007, he completed a Master’s degree in Leadership through the College of Management and Economics at Guelph University.
Andrew currently serves as a member on two Boards, Equity Wine Group, owners of Creekside Estate Winery and Collective Arts Brewing; and Bright Blue Wave, a leading social media content company.
